AOI

AOI, ‘Art on the Internet’, is a foundation for emerging art and technology. The mission is to promote digital art and make non-fungible tokens (NFT’s) accessible to a global audience, through a permanent collection, metaverse exhibitions, a documentary series, as well as diverse physical events. AOI collaborate with artists and brands to help create innovative projects that help improve our world. Digital art unlocks the potential of creativity, connecting billions around the world to transcend the boundaries placed on our society.

The AOI collection is a select group of multi-dimensional artworks presenting the ongoing history of art on the internet, with chosen works representing a connection between the analogue and the pixelated promises of the metaverses. Created by multiple artists across a range of mediums, each piece connects the immaterial nature of its works to their immutable role in the future of art online.

To support the positioning of being a collective force for change, synonymous with art for good causes, the identity concept, ’Rotations to revolution’, is based on the idea of creative collaboration and constant motion. The earth’s axial tilt and its relation to the rotation axis and plane of orbit also connect to the motion idea, central to the identity concept. The scope of the assignment comprised the development of the holistic visual identity, brand strategy, concept development, digital, communication and motion design.
